My commitment to you is simple. I will not rent something to you, that I would not live in.
In 2013, I was a stay-at-home mom, with 2 busy toddlers, looking to explore my love for real estate. Through the support of my husband, & an amazing real estate team, my primary business has grown from 1 student rental to buying, renovating, and flipping a plethora of properties in KFL&A, and beyond.

STUDENT RENTALS - this translates into good-sized (safe) bedrooms. It may seem odd that I’m mentioning "safe", but both myself & my sister attended queens; truthfully there is an issue with illegal bedrooms in converted basements, & subpar landlords. I don’t do that! I also don’t squish bedrooms into homes, taking away common space; or wait weeks on end to fix an issue. I am proactive, ardent & engaged.

VACATION RENTALS - 5* locations, 5* homes. My family and I utilize these homes, as our own getaways. They are sure to impress.

Yes, I manage these properties, but I also own them. So, providing exceptional service is not only important to you, it is also important to me, and imperative for the upkeep of my investment. Since 2013, I have been providing high-end options, in superb locations.
Who Am I?
Experienced. Knowledgeable. Professional.
Growing up in this beautiful city, I am what (us) locals refer to as a Kingstonian. My husband also a "Kingstonian" was born here, relocated outside Oshawa as a young boy, returning upon his graduation from university. Both of our grandparents settled here is the early to mid 1900's.
Kingston is beautiful; surrounded by water, walking trails, parks, & conservation areas. Downtown is brimming with history, culture & charm. As a family, we support many local charities, small businesses, and are active members of the local and school community.
My insight is broad and comprehensive. From the best places to rent as a student, I am a Queens graduate. To the little nooks and crannies that will make your time here unforgettable. My husband and I continue to call this area home; with our two sons, and 5 fur babies.

Some of our past times include, canoeing, swimming, hiking, boating, perusing local shops and restaurants. Taking advantage of all Kingston (and area) has to offer. We love this city!

Travelling is a huge passion of ours. After visiting more then 30 countries, inspired by our love of real-estate, we began curating a small collection of homes in some of of our favourite destinations. Guaranteed, they will soon be favourites of yours as well!
